Did You Train Today?

The first step is to get clear on the “do’s and don’ts” of your life?”

When you train, every day brings you a step closer to being better.  A step closer to being stronger, leaner, healthier, more skilled, more prepared. A step closer to your goals. A step further away from the consequences of your flaws and vices.

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. ~ Aristotle

Every day you don’t train, you don’t do what you should or do what you shouldn’t is a step backwards. That’s time you can never get back. Its a loss, a missed opportunity, nothing more than one day less to live.

Sticking to your plan of do’s and don’ts is what it’s all about.
